Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Cloth Axis, we take pride in the authenticity and quality of our imported brands. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you find the perfect fit or process a return.

The Policy Timeline

  • Returns: You have 3 days from the date of delivery/purchase to initiate a return for a refund.

  • Exchanges: You have 7 days from the date of delivery/purchase to exchange your item for a different size or style.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following "Axis Standard":

  • Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original designer packaging/boxes.

  • Tags Attached: All original brand tags and Cloth Axis security tags must be intact and attached.

  • Unworn & Pristine: Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and without any scents (perfume, smoke, etc.) or marks.


Non-Returnable Items

Important Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, all underwear and intimate apparel are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable. This ensures that every customer receives 100% hygienic, factory-fresh products.


How to Start a Request

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team within your 3-day (return) or 7-day (exchange) window.

  2. Verification: Our team will inspect the item upon arrival to ensure it meets our quality standards.

  3. Processing: Once approved, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days.
